• Tell us what you are requesting: access, correction, deletion or objection.
• Provide enough detail for us to identify your information.
• We may need to verify your identity before we act on the request.

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Where a request cannot be actioned, we will explain why.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the matter to the Information Regulator (South Africa). Regulator contact details will be confirmed here following legal review.
